Active Living
Opportunities to stay active and connected through outdoor recreation, gardening, healthy cooking, shared activities, and community involvement.
Destination Options
Practical resources to help older adults evaluate housing, healthcare, cost of living, community, climate, recreation, and lifestyle when deciding where to live in retirement.
Our Approach
We believe retirement and aging should be approached as an opportunity to remain healthy, independent, engaged, and connected. Our programs are designed to provide practical information and meaningful experiences that help older adults make informed choices and enjoy this stage of life.
Practical & Trustworthy
We focus on useful, understandable, evidence-informed information that older adults can apply to real-life decisions.
Active & Connected
We encourage physical activity, meaningful interests, friendships, community participation, and experiences that make retirement enjoyable.
Culturally Responsive & Welcoming
We recognize the importance of culture, language, food, family, and community in healthy aging. While many of our programs are developed with the needs and interests of Asian American older adults in mind, our programs and resources welcome older adults from all backgrounds.
